Viruxa Studio is software, delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge. What you buy is a licence, and it reaches you within seconds of the payment being confirmed.

The software

The app is a free download for Windows, macOS and Linux from the download section, available at any time, with published checksums so you can confirm the file is the one that was built.

The licence

• Bought in the app (Settings → Licence) — the licence installs itself in the app the moment Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Nothing is copied or typed.
• Bought on this website — the licence is shown on the page Razorpay returns you to, with an Open in Viruxa Studio button that hands it to the app in one click.
• Receipt — Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the address you gave at checkout.

If it does not arrive

If the licence has not appeared within an hour of paying, write to viruxaai@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it begins pay_). We reply within 2 working days, and if it cannot be delivered within 3 working days the payment is refunded in full — see the refund policy.
